Bio

Investigating light, atmosphere, and colour - I create temporal landscapes within my paintings, largely through the subject of the sky and urban landscapes. Intending to suspend the viewer, I explore the notion of the sublime through my exploration of light. My objective is to somehow refract time and allow the viewer to look within themselves whilst experiencing my work - creating their own narrative whilst viewing mine, and to see themselves seeing. This sheer admiration for light, colour, and nature translates through my expressive paintings, which convey a sense of timelessness from an abstracted viewpoint.
