Avatar: Beautification and Self-loathing
The social network gives people the freedom to display to the greatest extent in virtual social interaction, and promotes the release and display of the "ideal self". These "perfect personalities" always make us as audiences immersed in a sense of relative lack, and as performers, we are also "trapped" in a cage of self-expression. This project try to demonstrate the dilemma and alienation of contemporary people's spiritual world by creating a collision between entangled illusion and reality on social media.
